Shipping & Returns Policy
Shipping We offer worldwide shipping on all orders. Delivery times vary depending on your location:
- Sweden & EU: Usually 5–10 business days
- North America: 5-10 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–18 business days
Tracking is provided for all orders.
Order Cancellation You can cancel your order at any time before it has been fulfilled (i.e., before it has shipped). Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
Returns & Refunds We offer a 14-day return window starting from the date you receive your order. This period is automatically extended to account for weekends and public holidays.
- Return shipping is at your own expense.
- We charge a flat return fee of 50 SEK to cover processing and restocking costs.
- Items must be returned in unused condition with original packaging.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund (minus the 50 SEK fee) within 5–7 business days.
